We discovered this rugged and ancient region of southern France about 15 years ago and it opened
up a whole new level of richness, complexity, and a stack of grape varieties we'd never heard of.

And now it's time to share our discoveries with the rest of wine-loving Australians.

Our first shipment has arrived and we have limited quantities red blends and a white, all from Minervois.
If you've never heard of Minervois, it's one of the most beautiful areas of the Languedoc. In short... it's south of Toulouse, north of the Mediterranean, west of Italy and east of Spain. What's not to love.

Who are we?

Guy Pack: The Languedoc has been my passion since chancing upon a beautiful village called Saint Chinain, about 15 years ago. The friendly people, fantastic food, the amazing wine, the weather, the history, we can't wait to go back. Did I mention the wine? Rich, generous, honest. Made by families who've been making wine for generations.

Kaleb Ball: Since discovering how good the wines of the Languedoc really are I've dived in head first, literally. As a fellow Languedoc-file, I'm continually staggered by the quantity and quality of wines we're finding on our business trips.
